Won’t Learn Vs. Can’t Learn

My 5th grade elementary school teacher had a carved wooden sign up at the front of his classroom that read, “There Ain’t No One So Dumb as He Who WON”T Learn!” That saying shows that there is a difference between no being able to learn something and not being willing to learn something. I believe anyone can learn anything. Do you?
